As our Regional Sales Manager, you will manage existing dealers and sales channels, and will develop new ones throughout the North East Region. Are you a self-motivated closer and trainer? Do you have direct B2B experience calling on architects, developers, contractors, building owners, big box retailers, or distributors? We will provide training to help you become an expert in all of our products.
You will be on the road during the week visiting your accounts, but only minimal overnight travel is required. In addition to full automobile, gasoline, and toll reimbursement, Craft-Bilt also offers a robust benefits package, including employer-paid healthcare, dental, and life insurance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by helping our current dealers and their sales teams and providing them with training and support.
- Look for new customers and business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- You should be motivated to achieve goals and work with a sense of urgency.
- Have 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (within the residential or commercial remodeling, or big industries a plus).
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to follow-up.
- Comfortable in your car on the road in a local market Monday-Friday each week.
- Minimal overnight travel
